Solar Eclipse

Hi well I would like to say that this is wonderful piece but I wasn't able to give it any five stars. Well with that said let's break things down to the four categories and explain why I gave them the rank I did.
Vision: I gave it only three stars here because well this isn't the first Luna and Celestria picture but it is still a great depiction of them. The sisters have a lot of fan art and to create something with vision like this it's three star martial.
Originality: Like I said for the category above this has been done before, yet there is still some new and originality to it so I give it a three star. Yes it could be done with original characters or different characters to be awarded a higher rank but it would then hurt the impact. So in an all around aspect it was good, but could use a better background.
Technique: I both like and dislike the digital art arena. Being someone who sticks with the pencil and paper I feel cheated when I see who wonderful people make digital work. Then on the other hand there are digital artists who are just magnificent. This picture received a four star for technique because though it was done digitally it still has detail in every stroke and wasn't just slapped together.
Impact: Like I've mentioned multiple times there have been many pictures of the two sisters but that still doesn't take away from the impact of this picture. Nothing says forgiveness and true love like two sisters at peace with each other. These two held bitterness and hatred for each other for years and this shows that even enemies can befriends.
This is a wonderful picture and I hope to see more work from this artist and more.
